Charisse Boyce
Counselor and mindfulness teacher
Accessible mindfulness practices for meeting stress with steadiness, curiosity, and choice.
Charisse Boyce teaches mindfulness to adults who feel stretched thin by stress, burnout, emotional reactivity, or the sense that they are always moving without time to notice what they need. Charisse makes contemplative practices approachable for people who may be skeptical, restless, or new to meditation.
Rather than treating mindfulness as a way to eliminate difficult feelings, Charisse helps clients build a more spacious relationship with thoughts, sensations, and emotions. The aim is to notice experience clearly enough to respond with intention instead of being pulled automatically into familiar patterns.

Working Together
Sessions combine guided practice, reflection, and practical ways to carry awareness into ordinary routines. Charisse adapts pacing, posture, and attention exercises for different bodies, energy levels, and comfort with stillness.
Clients are encouraged to be curious rather than performative. A practice can be brief, imperfect, and still meaningful. Charisse focuses on helping each person discover forms of attention that are sustainable and useful in relationships, work, rest, and moments of uncertainty.
