Crisis and resources
Accord is a therapy practice, not a crisis service. Our website and voicemail are not monitored around the clock, so please do not use them when you need help right away.
Need help right now
Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any time. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
If home is not safe
If you are in danger now, call 911. The National Domestic Violence Hotline answers any time at thehotline.org. If you and a partner see us together, tell your clinician, who may suggest meeting one-on-one.
If you already see us
Your clinician returns messages during office hours. If you are worried about how you are doing between visits, bring it to your next session and make a plan together.
What Accord does not provide
We do not offer emergency care, and our clinicians do not prescribe medication. For either, your own doctor or an emergency room is the place to start.
Other places to turn
- Your own doctor or an urgent care clinic
- The emergency room nearest you
- 988, to talk with someone by call or text
- 211, for local help with housing, food and low-cost care
