Ways to work with us

Therapy services

Four ways to work with us. Your clinician sets the pace with you, and every fee is given in writing first.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions built around your goals. A clinician who adapts to you meets with you for as long as you both find it useful.

Couples Therapy

A space for two people to talk through conflict, trust and change, using the Gottman Method and emotion-focused approaches. For couples at any stage.

Mindfulness class

An 8-week class in mindfulness-based stress reduction, taught by one of our counselors, with meditation and body awareness. It is a class, not individual therapy.

Group Therapy

Monthly groups led by a licensed clinician. Each group names its focus in advance, and you can ask the clinician about it first.

Our modalities

The methods our clinicians use

Each clinician names the methods they use and the training behind them. Your clinician explains what to expect before you start.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)

Notice the thought patterns that feed worry and avoidance, and practice new responses with exercises between sessions.

EMDR Therapy

A structured approach to processing difficult memories with guided eye movements or taps. Your clinician prepares you first and goes at your pace.

Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)

Skills for handling strong emotions and relationships, practiced step by step. It was first developed for borderline personality disorder and is now used more widely.

Somatic Experiencing

Attention to what the body does during a hard moment, through slow movement, breath and awareness. You can take part without retelling everything.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Talk about patterns in your relationships and how they began, with a clinician who listens for what repeats.

Find the right clinician

Read the clinician pages, then send a message. Our intake lead can help you pick. How fees work is on its own page.
